Death Of A Patriot

When I first thought about doing this article it was suppose to be about Robert “LaVoy” Finicum and what had happened on the January 26, 2016. But how the world takes strange twists and turns and now I am going to be writing about the death of two American Patriots that was took from us. The person that I am referring to is the second patriot that was taken from us and that would be Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.

Robert “Lavoy” Finicum

Mr. Finicum by what I have read was a good man and he was a man who loved nothing more in life than God, Family, and Freedom. On his official website, Mr. Finicum wrote the following:

“As he has watched the ever increasing encroachment of government into the lives of the American people he has felt to make a stand for freedom. He has drawn a line in the sand and that line is the Constitution in its original intent.
The Constitution of the United States of America is a charter to protect the freedom of man by putting strict limits on government. We are living in a day when that supreme law of the land has been shredded by the very government that took an oath to uphold it. By their actions the Federal Government has become lawless and stalks the liberties of this land under the guise of social justice.
Shown below are LaVoy and Jeanette’s 11 children. This is why freedom is so important!

Mr. Finicum was a man of God who knew and believed that the three most important things in life are God, Family, and Freedom. Some I know will ask why did this happen to such a good man and that will be a question that will be asked several times over and we will never find out the real answer to that question until the ones that MURDERED this good man is brought to justice. Yes that is right I said murdered and the ones I am talking about are the FBI and local enforcement from Oregon.

In the video released from the FBI was from a plane that was flying above the FBI and Oregon State Police operation. It does not have audio. The shooting happened on Highway 395 as Finicum and other leaders of the refuge takeover drove to a town hall about 30 miles from Malheur. In the video you can clearly see that Mr. Finicum was shot down in cold blood which is the definition of murder. Some people will was that Mr. Finicum was going for a going for a gun in his pocket but from the video you can clearly see that his body was reacting to being shot.

It is time that we stop the government from being tyrannical and killing people because they don’t believe as the governments wants them to believe as being brainwashed sheeple. The way I am talking about stopping them is getting the information out to what they are doing and stopping them. The powers that rule us want a physical war under their rules where they can control the outcome. Let’s not give them what they want.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia

The family and friends of the conservative movement lost a great ally and champion in the battle to keep the United States Constitution by the name of Antonin Scalia on February 13, 2016. He never played politics and he always respected the Constitution. In his landmark decision in the District of Columbia v. Heller, where he single-handedly protected our Second Amendment right to posses a firearm at home. Scalia also dissented in the last terms same sex marriage cases and he also was the final vote that made it 5-4 to put a hold on the Clean Power Plan, which is the main plank of Obama’s climate change agenda this past Tuesday. Mr. Scalia always put Americans and the rule of law before politics, so naturally the president hated him.

Mr. Scalia was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, which is a resort in the Big Bend area south of the town of Marfa, Texas. The Cibolo Creek Ranch is owned by Houston businessman John Poindexter and he is a big Democratic Party supporter and former military trained in armor, rangers, and airborne. This is where the reports start getting conflicting with each.

Just hours later, he would be found dead of apparent natural causes, which media outlets were reporting Sunday was a heart attack.

John Poindexter said about Scalia “He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, ‘it’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep.” When Poindexter tried to awaken Scalia about 8:30 the next morning, the judge’s door was locked and he did not answer. Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him. “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter. “He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” Poindexter said.

Scalia, 79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile; He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.

According to several new agencies, the Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara says she turned down the procedure Saturday after Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez said there were no signs of foul play. Then as told by CNN, the Scalia family also made the same decision.

The Scalia Family and a Texas Judge turn down an autopsy does this seem a little strange to anyone else? Does this sound a little fishy to you as it does me?

Only time will tell if the truth of what happened to both these men comes out. As far as my opinion on what happened to Robert “LaVoy” Finicum and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, it was murder.
